Alot of my research came from movies, the icons that graced the screen and also the costumes in the movies, that were created by some of the most legendary designers around, YSL, Hubert de Givenchy, Pierre Cardin ect ect
i also focused on Cristobal Balenciaga, the legendary couturier, the thing that drew me to him particularly was the particular cut and shape that he was renowned for, the American Footballer shoulders and the cocoon esq shape he gave to most of his collections :
